I'm celebrating my early birthday thanks to Julious Griffith’s incredible talent, showcased in two remarkable creations.

Julious made this mini spear point according to my tastes and preferences. it’s a fantastic little knife! makes an excellent pocket fixed blade. full flat-ground aeb-l stainless steel came sticky sharp with contoured orange g10 handles and a hot pink kydex sheath for visibility and style. mine has been a 10/10 experience. will not hesitate to make another purchase.

I have had my new recon for a week now, that’s plenty of time to get to know it. Upfront, this knife just feels good in the hand. Absolutely no hotspots. I know this knife is intended to be carried in the pocket (which I will when Texas gets cold enough to wear jeans) but I have really enjoyed neck carrying . Even though it is a seven inch knife it carries like a smaller knife. Not to light and not too heavy. Just right. I normally carry a very pointy neck knife and don’t use it much for chores. The recon is used continuously and all I have to do is rub a crock stick on it and strop for a surgical sharp edge again. I love the fact that the knife is full flat grind and on request a fine edge.
